Charcoal engraving on board

Just completed a few day’s work on this little fella. It is a charcoal engraving on board which is a unique technique I have spent over 20 years developing and I am very happy with the results. Koalas are among my favourite mammals and I am happy to say I have been invited onto the board of the Koala Territory Foundation which is based in Queensland. The KTF is a NFP trust working towards purchasing and preserving large tracts of forest and also rehabilitating suitable damaged koala habitat in an effort to halt the fearful slide of our gorgeous koalas towards extinction because of habitat destruction and development damage.

This little guy is likely to be available as a limited edition print when I can get the numbers crunched with all proceeds going towards the foundation.
